The Board of Directors of the Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley (CVC) is proud to announce the promotion of Emily Grigonis to Executive Director, effective July 1, 2026.
Emily’s appointment marks an exciting, deeply intentional new chapter for CVC. Since joining the agency in 2014, Emily has championed our mission at every level of the organization. She began her journey as an Outreach Educator, advanced to Outreach Supervisor, and most recently served as Associate Director.

Throughout her 12-year tenure, Emily has been instrumental in expanding CVC’s reach across the Lehigh Valley: building outstanding educational programs, fostering vital community partnerships, and modernizing our digital presence to ensure survivors and families can seamlessly connect with our services. Her deep institutional knowledge and visionary leadership make her uniquely positioned to guide CVC into its next phase of advocacy and community healing.

As we celebrate this milestone, the Board also extends its profound gratitude to outgoing Executive Director, Lois Keller.
Lois leaves behind a powerful, lasting legacy. During her tenure, she intentionally restructured the agency to foster leadership and empowerment from within, while successfully guiding CVC through a transformational strategic planning process. It is thanks to Lois's dedicated stewardship that CVC stands on such a strong, sustainable foundation today.

Please join us in thanking Lois for her years of transformative service, and warmly congratulating Emily as she steps into this new leadership role to advance our mission.
