🎨 You Are a Local Vendor

Your Profile: You are a local small business, self-employed maker, independent stylist, or practitioner. You want to generate future business leads, gain massive grassroots exposure, and build face-to-face trust by giving the neighborhood a taste of what you do best.

Your Investment: A refundable $75 deposit + a free interactive service or activity for attendees. (Note: No retail sales are permitted on-site; your booth experience must be 100% free).

Optional: We want to help you maximize your foot traffic! Will your booth include a free, quick interactive activity for children alongside your retail/sales setup?

Deposit and Deposit Preference

Please indicate what your deposit preference is.
Donate My Deposit - I would like to donate my $75 deposit to CVC as a tax-deductible contribution to support survivors.
Refund My Deposit - Please return my $75 via the original payment method after the event concludes. I understand that this refund is contingent upon my attendance and completion of the event; otherwise, my deposit will be gifted to CVC.

Logistics Note: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 10x10 pop-up canopy, table, and chairs. Detailed setup instructions, arrival times, and parking details will be emailed to all approved vendors by Friday, September 11, 2026.
