Mission Statement
Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. (CVC) is a
private, non-profit organization dedicated to:
- Providing confidential services at no cost to the people of
Northampton and Lehigh Counties whose lives have been
directly affected by crime
- Advocating for the rights, welfare and empowerment of all
victims of crime
- Developing resources for individual and community
education regarding crime victimization and prevention

In helping victims of violent crime and their significant others cope with the traumatic aftermath of victimization, Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. (CVC) provides the following services at no cost:
- Crisis counseling and support twenty-four hours a day through a telephone hotline: 610.437.6611
- Crisis counseling and support through hospital emergency room accompaniment
- Police accompaniment
- Court accompaniment at all levels of the criminal justice system
- Individual counseling and support groups for women and girls, men and boys
- Educational programs for schools, community groups, professionals and the workplace
